“We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at the Fergus Cactus Garden Hotel, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way. You can really feel how much they care about making guests feel welcome and looked after — it’s the kind of service that sticks with you long after the holiday ends. A massive thank you to Leo, the animator, who was an absolute star throughout our stay. He kept our kids entertained with fun activities, games, and endless energy. And on top of that, he somehow convinced me to try karaoke… in Polish, English, and yes, even French :D . After that experiment, I can now confirm with 100% certainty that I cannot sing — but I had a brilliant time trying! :D The bar staff also deserve a huge shout‑out. Always friendly, always smiling, and always making sure the drinks were strong enough to satisfy my Polish standards. They absolutely nailed it. I genuinely hope the Fergus Hotel management recognises what an incredible team they have. Their employees are the heart of the place, and they’re the reason our holiday was so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommended.”

“Me and My friend used a Groupon for the day spa circuit, with a massage and lunch. This is recommended! I can't speak to the rooms quality. The steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi were clean and properly maintained. Sara who was my masseuse was incredible she was also the spa manager that day, checking us in and attending to our needs. She was warm, kind and very professional. She also preformed the perfect 30 min massage. The meal that was included was from the buffet was good, good variety but nothing note worthy with flavors. The salad bar was nice and everything was fresh. Beer wine fountain soda and coffee/tea was available. I did spend some time by the pool and it is not my vibe. Kids screaming and running about. The music was too loud and the same track played on repeat. I didn't think smoking was allowed in any areas especially the pool, however people were smoking. The availability of towels non existent. Being a local would I stay at the hotel, probably not, just because I'm not kid friendly. Would I go to the spa circuit again...maybe, would I book a massage with Sara again 100%.”

“Brilliant Hotel arrived and was welcomed by the lovely Patricia so helpful. All the staff are so lovely and friendly made our holiday couldn't do enough. The room is beautiful. The location is brilliant plenty of shops and close to a beautiful beach . Good entertainment . Will return again and thank you to all the staff.”

“We visited as a group of people with disabilities, and Leo took amazing care of us from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. He spent a lot of time with us, was very attentive to our needs, and showed genuine care and consideration throughout our visit. Leo’s friendliness and positive attitude really made our experience special. We truly appreciated how accommodating and respectful he was with everyone in our group. Honestly, we would come back again just because of him. We would also like to mention that all the other hotel staff were very friendly, thoughtful, and considerate as well.
